In April 2007, Moses opened West Cary Group with the idea of combining ROI-oriented marketing with elegant creative. Outside the office, he serves on the Executive Advisory Council for the University of Richmond Robins School of Business, the Board of Trustees for HCA Chippenham/Johnston-Willis Hospitals, and the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce. Prior to forming WCG, Moses was senior director of creative development at Capital One. He holds a BA from Virginia Tech.

With a successful track record as both a hands-on creative performer and a creative leader, Debra leads the creative team in the development of smart, innovative solutions. Equally at home with branding and performance marketing, print and digital, she ensures her team continually raises the bar. She is a graduate of the VCU School of Arts.

Dan has extensive experience as a leader using data to solve complex problems. He started his career serving our country as a nuclear engineer on a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier and then spent nearly 20 years at Capital One as a leader and innovator, bringing the power of analytics to marketing, credit and operations. Dan earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and his MBA from University of Richmond.

Darren’s inspirational leadership amplifies the talents of our Account Management team, while his strategic consulting skills deliver robust business results for our clients. With more than 25 years of industry experience, he has become adept at leveraging creativity and innovation to assist brands with cutting through the clutter, increasing engagement and driving success. He has helped elevate some of the world’s best-known brands, including Oreo, HUMMER, British Airways, Tic Tac and Bank of America. An England native, Darren earned a B.A. with honors in International Business from the University of Greenwich and a postgraduate diploma in Direct Marketing from the Direct Marketing Association in London.

Lisa brings new meaning to the phrase “accounting professional.” She has 20 years of accounting experience in financial reporting, project management, risk analysis, internal controls, data analysis, regulatory reporting, operations accounting, SOX and SQL knowledge – and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. With such a robust skillset, there’s no question that she’s an invaluable contributor to our agency’s financial health. Lisa holds a B.A. in accounting from Flagler College and a M.A. in the same field from the University of South Florida.

Erik is a detail-oriented, hands-on, technology expert with more than 25 years of experience in software development. Throughout his career, Erik has served as an IT leader for a wide range of companies throughout multiple industries, including Volkswagen of America, Chrysler International, Owens and Minor and Capital One. His passion for the work comes from helping others on his team succeed and feel great about what they do, which makes him a fantastic leader for our engineering team. Erik holds a B.A.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.

Monica oversees all aspects of HR, bringing more than 20 years of experience to our agency. Prior to joining WCG, she managed workforce development in the non-profit sector and college recruitment in the financial services arena. She serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, seamlessly facilitating WCG’s internal processes and procedures. Monica holds a B.S. from University of North Carolina-Greensboro and an M.A. from Luther Rice College. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute^®, the premier credentialing organization for the HR profession.
